Josie Erzetic
President & CEO, Electrical Safety Authority
Since her appointment to CEO in 2022, Josie has guided ESA through a pivotal period for Ontario’s electricity sector. Her approach reframes ESA’s role as a safety regulator: one who works in partnership with industry and stakeholders. Josie leads more than 550 employees across four regional offices, embedding a culture of transparency and accountability.
