Finalists recognized for outstanding leadership, innovation and impact across Canada’s electricity workforce
Ottawa, ON – Electricity Human Resources Canada (EHRC) is proud to announce the finalists for the 2025 Awards of Excellence, honouring individuals and organizations whose achievements are shaping a highly skilled, inclusive and forward-looking electricity workforce.
These awards celebrate excellence across leadership, human resources innovation, diversity and inclusion, and workplace culture. Finalists will be celebrated—and winners announced—at EHRC’s 13th Annual Awards of Excellence on Feb. 19, 2026, in Toronto, ON.
This year’s Leader of the Year Award recipient, Josie Erzetic, President and CEO of the Electrical Safety Authority, was previously announced on Dec. 17, 2025.

This award recognizes an individual early in their career who is already demonstrating exceptional promise, leadership potential, and meaningful contributions to their organization and the broader sector.
