Agents of Change is a transformative one-day event advancing and celebrating a culture of fairness, representation and belonging in workplaces.

Each year, attendees tell us they leave inspired and equipped with new knowledge and resources to empower underrepresented individuals in their workplaces – not just in the electricity sector, but in industries nationwide.

An annual highlight of this event is the Agent of Change Award, recognizing and celebrating exemplary leadership in advancing diversity, equity and inclusion within the Canadian electricity industry.

This award is presented to an individual in Canada’s electricity sector who consistently demonstrates commitment, passion and impact in the workplace.

In 2024, EHRC was proud to recognize Vivian Yoanidis, Senior Manager of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Hydro One, as the Agent of Change Award recipient.
