As artificial intelligence (AI) reshapes the electricity sector, the skills and strategies needed to support a future-ready workforce are evolving. To help navigate this transformation, EHRC invites you to a region-specific roundtable, focused on workforce planning, inclusive hiring and the impact of AI on jobs and skills in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, and PEI.
This session marks the launch of EHRC’s AI Workforce Insights Report, developed in partnership with the Future Skills Centre. The report explores how AI is influencing roles, skills, and workforce strategies across Canada’s electricity industry, and highlights the importance of proactive planning aligned with federal priorities on future-ready talent.
