From Intent to Action: Implementing Inclusive Workplace Policies
Turn inclusive workplace policies into everyday practice. This webinar explores how to assess readiness, adapt policies and embed them across teams.
About this webinar
Many organizations are committed to building inclusive, equitable and accessible workplaces—and some already have policies in place—yet still face challenges translating those policies into consistent, effective practice. Whether policies are newly drafted, due for refresh or struggling to gain traction across teams, employers often ask the same questions: Are we focusing on the right policies? What does “good” look like at our stage? And how do we ensure policies are embedded into everyday practice, not just approved?
In this practical, implementation-focused webinar, EHRC will guide you through the Turnkey Policies for Inclusive, Equitable and Accessible Workplaces—a comprehensive toolkit of ready-to-implement workplace policies and sample policy language that organizations can adopt and adapt to their own context. Participants will learn how the toolkit is structured, how to navigate it efficiently and how to identify policies that align with their organizations current maturity.

- Confidently select and adapt inclusive, equitable and accessible workplace policies that reflect your organization’s current reality—without having to draft from scratch
