abilities required of new and existing
employees in the workplace the framework
is useful for eliminating the
duplication of effort across roles while
building consistent expectations across
the electricity workforce as a whole
for trainers and educators the framework
supports the identification of gaps in
both training and learning as well as
the development of relevant course
