About this webinar

Not every career path is linear, and the energy transition will require talented people from a wide range of backgrounds to make it happen. In this one-hour webinar, professionals from across the electricity and energy sectors will share how they got started, the challenges they faced and the skills that helped them move forward.

Hosted by EHRC, in partnership with Fuel 4 the Future and Atlantica Centre for Energy, this session is designed for post-secondary students and early-career professionals who want a clearer picture of what it’s really like to work in the energy sector. Panellists will speak candidly about their journeys from graduation to the workforce, the roles they held along the way and the capabilities they rely on today. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions during a live Q&A.
