Electricity Human Resources Canada (EHRC) surveyed sector employers in mid-April 2020 to determine how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected their operations and workforce. While employers look to balance operational reliability and workforce safety, they expressed concern around the ability to hire and retain staff, and financial stability over an extended period of heightened precautions.
