This curated resource can help you explore and identify observances that are most meaningful for your organization to recognize, including religious holidays, cultural celebrations, awareness days, and notable dates to foster inclusion.

It’s important to note your organization is not expected to observe every date listed. Instead, we encourage each organization to reflect on what aligns with its values, workforce, and mission. The goal of this calendar is to educate, support informed decision-making, and offer flexibility.
