my name is David
I am the president and CEO of Saku
Investments Corporation a lot of our
projects are nation building in nature
and the given the hydro fiber link is
very much a classic example of that in
the north we’re not interlinked by
communities every Community runs with a
diesel power plant a big part of what
we’re trying to address is to bring in
clean alternative energy to reduce our
carbon footprint there’s so many areas
where I think this would improve there’s
things like Telehealth where you have
doctors that live in the south that can
then look over the internet at a
diagnostic screen prescribe medical
procedures so that they don’t have to
get on a plane and fly south it’s a big
Catalyst in terms of making our region
more investment potential and that in
turn would create more jobs more
opportunities and meet the needs in
terms of housing it’s intended to help
the people at the end of the day that
with both records happen
