The Marketing and Events Officer is responsible for planning and delivering EHRC’s portfolio of events, webinars and stakeholder convenings across Canada in virtual, in-person and hybrid formats. This role also supports EHRC’s marketing efforts, with an emphasis on event-led marketing and paid promotion that drives registrations, partner visibility and audience growth.

The Marketing and Communications Project Officer is responsible for producing the communications products, marketing tactics and resource development required to deliver EHRC’s program outcomes. This role is delivery-oriented and responsible for turning program outputs into polished, audience-ready assets and campaign materials.

The Business Development Coordinator will support the Business Development team in delivering day-to-day operations and administrative functions for Electricity Human Resources Canada. This role is primarily focused on coordination, data management, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of business development activities across membership, sponsorship, and program initiatives.

The Labour Market Economist works closely with another economist and plays a pivotal role in EHRC’s Labour Market Intelligence (LMI) team. They gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative information, produces labour market forecasts and authors high quality written reports. The research carried out by the LMI team directly impacts the efficiency of electricity sector participants, as well as those transitioning from other sectors of the economy into it.

The Project Coordinator supports national initiatives that connect employers with jobseekers, especially youth, newcomers and individuals from equity-deserving groups. Reporting to the Project Manager, Careers and Education, this role involves administrative coordination, stakeholder engagement and process improvement.
