my name is Anne Marine I’m an electrical

engineer and a project manager here at

Hedgehog Technologies

as a project manager I am responsible

for the success of a project it’s mostly

about communication and working with

people and antiques

the project manager any problem that my

team brings to me be a technical or

money related I like solving them at the

end of the day and making it happen is

the biggest driving force women come

with a very different perspective to

problem solving it will be a missed

opportunity for a company to not put

women in lead roles a lot of those

executive roles or project management

roles are 80 of the time how to deal

with people and I think women are great

at it what I love about my role is that

I get to solve problems I loved math

when I was a kid

future is electrical from an electricity

that runs in your building to heat to

your computers to the cars you drive

possibly into space

career in the electrical sector is a

great option
