Agent of Change Award Nominations

Deadline for Submission: February 28th, 2024

Eligibility
Individuals must be working in the Canadian electricity industry and may be nominated
by anyone active within the individual’s organization or Canada’s electricity workforce at large.

Selection Process
EHRC’s Selection Committee will determine the recipient based upon their
commitment and efforts to advance the principles of diversity, equity and inclusion
and will consider the following:

• The recipient demonstrates exceptional leadership in championing diversity equity
  and inclusion within their organization and or the wider industry and/or
• The recipient demonstrates a commitment to creating a culture of inclusion within
  their areas of influence and is an advocate and/or ally for others and/or
• The recipient has developed or implemented an initiative, project, and/or program
  that cultivates/advances/models diversity, equity, and inclusion within the
  electricity industry

National Award Ceremony
The recipient of the 2024 Agent of Change Award will be formally announced at EHRC’s Agents of Change event on April 10, 2024 at the Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites Conference Centre, 8500 Warden Ave, Markham, Ontario.
You must be in attendance to receive the award.
