hi my name is Jeremy Cameron I’m a
metering technician with Maritime
electric here on Prince Edward Island
we test the meters to make sure that
they work properly and they’re accurate
measuring the voltages and the power
that each customer will be using
greatest thing about work and in the
electrical field is that you get to
travel all over the country every
morning is almost a new adventure and
it’s very rewarding seeing a project
come from nothing to something
math is very important in the electrical
field it’s very math orientated
being a media technician with an
electrician electrical background it
opens up lots of doors it allows me to
work anywhere
is it’s a very exciting field to be in
and there’s tons of growth to be in it
there’s no limit to what you can do in
the field
