Ce rassemblement important a r\u00e9uni des acteur\u00b7rice\u00b7s de premier plan au sein du secteur afin de pr\u00e9senter des initiatives et des strat\u00e9gies innovantes visant \u00e0 renforcer la diversit\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion (\u00c9DI) dans le secteur de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9. Au cours de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement ont \u00e9t\u00e9 narr\u00e9s des r\u00e9cits inspirants de transformation et des exp\u00e9riences v\u00e9cues par des femmes r\u00e9silientes, des peuples autochtones, des personnes racis\u00e9es, des personnes en situation de handicap, des membres de la communaut\u00e9\u202f2ELGBTQI+ et des nouveaux\u00b7elles arrivant\u00b7e\u00b7s au Canada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00ab\u202fRHIEC reconna\u00eet que la diversit\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion sont des piliers fondamentaux d\u2019une \u00e9conomie et d\u2019une main-d\u2019\u0153uvre durables dans le domaine de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, d\u00e9clare <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Michelle\u202fBranigan, directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, RHIEC<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">.
