Leadership Nation<\/h3>\r\nC'est avec fiert\u00e9 que RHIEC collabore avec l\u2019organisme Women in Leadership Nation (WLN) pour soutenir les organisations signataires qui sont d\u00e9termin\u00e9es Le partenariat entre RHIEC et WLN a \u00e9t\u00e9 nou\u00e9 en gardant \u00e0 l\u2019esprit qu\u2019il n\u2019est pas facile de modifier le contexte li\u00e9 aux genres : des efforts tactiques et soutenus sont n\u00e9cessaires pour effectuer un changement syst\u00e9mique. La vision de RHIEC en r\u00e9alisant un partenariat avec WLN est d\u2019aider les organisations qui requi\u00e8rent un soutien en les dotant des connaissances et des ressources n\u00e9cessaires pour cerner et surmonter les obstacles qui ralentissent leurs progr\u00e8s.
